These pictures and video crack me up! Josh got a new snake and lizard at the dollar store and he was carting them around all afternoon. I was feeding Dash when I heard him "put them to sleep". I grabbed the video camera as fast as I could and tried to get him to explain the whole thing to me again on tape.

where do I start?
I uploaded recent pictures from my camera and realized it has been a while, we've done a lot worth blogging about, and I have NO idea where to start. So here is the best recap I can do without writing a novel but also including enough detail to satisfy grandparents!
This sweet Chloe had a spell on Josh! Our friends from college (Kevin's old roommate and groomsman) Trey and Sherry came down the weekend before Thanksgiving and brought their daughter Chloe. She and Josh played SO well together. I really think he was smitten! The proof is this picture... usually it takes a bribe of candy to get him to stop and smile for the camera. It was a quick trip but we made it to Wings and More and the boys had their traditional night of stupid house games, so I'd say it was a great trip.
We drove down to Alice, Tx (near Corpus) Thanksgiving afternoon to spend a few days with another sweet set of friends from College. David, Natasha and Drew welcomed all four of us and Maggie to their new home and we had a great time watching football, making Thanksgiving dinner (nice job by the way tash) and beating the boys in 42. Actually, it is kinda getting old the way we are stomping all over them in that game. Josh was helping me pack for the trip in the picture above and the pic below is us at the Aquarium. We are at the bird show waiting for the run away owl to return so we can get on with the show! Come back Ceciel!

We've make quite a few outings the last few weeks and this seems to be how Dash looks in all the pictures. Here we are at the Houston Zoo. You can see he is thrilled.

Love this little man. He will give the biggest grins, I just can't seem to capture them on film!
Josh continues to be a super big brother. I find him all the time sitting next to Dash, sharing his toys and comforting him by stroking his check and calmly saying "it's okay Dashy" when Dash cries.
Thanksgiving morning the whole family sporting their A&M garb. It didn't help produce a win, but at least it wasn't a blowout!

Here's one more of Josh, his snake, and lizard all reading their own books before bed time.
