We had a wonderful Christmas this year, sorry it took so long to post pictures. My parents came in town and we celebrated with Kevin's family. Josh was enamored with Christmas trees and would point them out where ever we went. "Look Momma, they celebrate Jesus' birthday too!" We had a lot of fun with my parents and I'm always so grateful when they come because they give me a BIG break! I got to meet with friends, have coffee, sleep in and I'm pretty sure I didn't change a diaper for five days. Here are the pics to sum up our time!
Josh wanted to hang EVERY ornament. We also did a Jesse Tree which I'd highly recommend to everyone. Each day (30 days prior to Christmas) we would read from the Bible, starting in the OT and moving into the NT concerning the birth of Christ. There are ornaments for each scripture and Josh loved reading each morning, coloring the ornament and hanging it on his special tree.
The Kennedy Family tradition continues...this year we made "collars" with holiday buttons.
Josh and Dash got a gourmet kitchen from Grammo and Papa. Lets just say the cherry wood, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances blow my kitchen out of the water.

The Kennedy Family
Grammo and Papa took the boys swimming (in the middle of winter, only in Texas!)
and they had SO much fun. Josh has been taking lessons for 9 months and is quite the little fish.
and of course every chef needs a hat and apron for their kitchen
