Life with Two

Since my parents departure I've have been left to figure out what a normal day with two kiddos is like. Really with Dash sleeping most of the day it hasn't been too different. Josh is getting his molars so he has been a little fussy, add to that the fact that he is turning two, and adjusting to life with a sibling, despite all that, we're actually doing well. God continues to provide the energy and patience I need everyday. I'm given many opportunities to depend on Him and it helps that He has given me a very wonderful and supportive husband. I really love our family unit! I'm amazed how Josh has NOT taken out any of his frustration or jealousy on his brother. (He has reserved all this for Momma, but I can handle it alot better than a 6 week old) In fact, he shows deep concern for Dash, his happiness, and location. He loves to pat his head, get his pacifier, push his rocker and hold him.
Last Saturday was a beautiful day and we went to the park. Josh is such a social kid and has always made new friends every time we go somewhere. He also got a helmet for his upcoming birthday bike. He wears it ALL the time, especially when playing tackle football with daddy. Yesterday morning he wore it in bed while we had milk and read books. Funny kid!

Yea for your little monkey boy. Not sure you guys really want to teach him how to climb to high places. But remember when he does...he had encouragement from his parents.
