Today was the best day ever. I can't really explain why. Josh and I didn't do anything out of the ordinary, but it was the BEST DAY EVER! We went to sewing class this morning, where Great Granny took good care of Josh while I tried to finish this weeks block. He was in a wonderful mood. After he'd been awake over 3 hours and we were still in class, he continued to show off for the ladies with his sweet smiles and loud grunting noises. He fell asleep in my arms and took a nice little nap on the way home and then we had the afternoon to play. He is rolling around like crazy and it is fun to watch him move about the room just by rolling in different directions. He makes me laugh continuously, especially when he is a good mood, which seems to be a lot more often these days. Maybe it has something to do with the fact that he has been sleeping for 7 hours every night this past week. Or maybe it has something do with the fact that I've been sleeping for 7 hours consecutively as well! For his afternoon nap he peacefully laid down next to me, and slept with his little hand gripping mine. Daddy came home and fed him in his new big boy high chair while I cooked dinner. So as you can see, it was just an ordinary day. However, there was something about it... something so special. I am thankful for the little things today. Here is a video of Josh playing peek a boo. You've got to admit, he is a cutie!
