Little Trey Darling

Congrats Leroy and Tricia, the new parents of Trey Darling (my newest nephew...kinda). Trey was born on 3/5/08 around 2 pm. He weighed in at 10 lbs 15 oz and about 22 inches long. That's one big baby, which is why mom had him via c-section. They are doing good but Trey had to be put in the nicu because his breathing was bad and his blood sugars were low. They also found out that he has a valve that doesn't close in his heart but the doctors said it will eventually. Please keep them in your prayers as they take the tubes out today and Tricia and Leroy will get to hold him. He actually is tongue tied so they will clip the tongue as well. That being said, praise the Lord who is the giver of all life and precious gifts! His mother Tricia is my cousin, so technically I am not his aunt, but... as an only child Tricia and her two sisters were the closest thing I've ever had to sisters. I spent every summer of my life growing up at their house in Blanding, Utah. Both of her sisters had little girls this year and we were hoping Tricia would have a baby boy so that Joshua would have someone to play with. Good going Leroy!
